Vote now for LEED v4 Energy/Carbon Updates

The USGBC has opened ballot voting for important updates that will bring LEED v4 energy and operational carbon requirements in line with market expectations. Organizations that registered to participate in the ballot process can now vote here.

Once approved via the ballot process, the final language will come into effect on January 1, 2024. LEED v4 projects that register before the effective date will not be subject to the new requirements covered in this ballot. The impacted rating

Our Workshop Is Open

🕘 8-Mar 2023 |📍 6825 Rupert Street

Today we officially moved into our workshop (tech workspace) at 6825 Rupert St., Vancouver and had our first working day in the new workspace. We had almost office devices and materials for this week. In the next week, our workshop will be added various M&E equipment/tools for the mechanical and electrical zone. We are planning for building a small lab in the near future.
