One of the major challenges in our industry today is its significant impact on the environment. This stems from limitations in outdated technologies, which fail to control the significant impacts of construction projects on the ecosystem.

Our GSB Systems platform is designed to address this issue. At its core, the system combines smart IoT hardware devices with AI and Big Data-based software technology. GSB Systems enables engineers and professional researchers to monitor every aspect of a construction project and its surrounding environment, including parameters such as soil, rock, water, detecting deformations, settlement, or other environmental factors like temperature, soil moisture, and air conditions, among others. This provides designers, architects, and construction engineers with a highly dynamic, real-time data source to design their projects to meet Green and Sustainable standards for the environment.

During a collaborative site survey trip, Mr. Bao Nguyen, one of the two co-founders of GSBC Solutions Ltd, along with Mr. Victor Tran, Ph.D., P.Eng., PMP – President and Principal Geotechnical Engineer at Fecon Geotechnical Ltd, successfully conducted a collaborative site survey on Fecon’s industrial project, providing valuable technical information for both parties.
